Our Process

Working One-on-One with Your Builder
A Personalized Experience from Start to Finish

At Integrity Custom Homes, we believe that the best way to turn your vision into reality is to get to know you and what you want and need from your home. After all, when you have a shared vision, it just makes sense to see it through together.

  • Determine Specs

To start, you'll sit down with our builder to talk about what you want from your home in terms of style, square footage, bedroom/bathrooms, and functionality. It's an open conversation designed to help us get to know you and for you to ask any questions you have for us.

  • Develop Custom Floor Plan

We'll work with one of our trusted architects to draw up a floor plan for your home and work with you to make any changes you'd like to see.

  • Break Down Costs

Once we have a floor plan to work from, we can give you a general costs breakdown for your custom home, including finishes. Keep in mind that we're always going to be thinking of ways we can improve on our design, and we're open to your changes throughout the home building process.

  • Secure Permits

We've built dozens of custom homes, and we know what it takes to secure permits in a timely fashion. We can also arrange to get all utilities to the property.

  • Break Ground

Once we have our permits, we're ready to break ground and start building your home. We keep an open line of communication throughout the process and are open to changing direction to best suit your needs.

How Long Does It Take to Build a Custom Home?

The short answer is that there's no way we could give you a definitive answer on that. Generally, it takes 6-8 months to build a home—but a lot depends on specific factors of each unique design.
